Everyone's favourite recipes are usually those that have been handed down from friends & family. The Marist Kitchen Cookbook is a collective creation of over 90 delicious recipe favourites, shared by pupils & their families of Marist School Herne Bay. Also featuring, are recipes donated by famous chef's Ray McVinnie & Robert Oliver, Taste Magazine food writer, Lucca Villari & Dr Libby Weaver.
With superb photography capturing the youthful happiness and exuberance of the children at school, this is a heart warming cookbook that covers the spectrum of sweet & savoury dishes, with international influences & good old fashioned goodies. We can't wait to try the Peach & Almond Bircher muesli, Chicken San Choy Bau, Caroline's Lamb Shanks, Dr Libby's Brain Balls & the decadent Peppermint Crisp Caramel Tart.
